Provided by you: Name, email, company name, phone number, business type, marketing goals, and anything submitted via our contact form or email.
Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, OS, pages visited, time on site, and cookie data — used for analytics and improvement only.
Third-party platform access: When you grant us access to social media accounts for management purposes, we access only data required to perform those services and never share that access with third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (bound by confidentiality agreements), when required by law, or in a business transfer (with advance notice).
We retain data as long as necessary or legally required. Client project data is retained for a minimum of 3 years post-contract. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

By accessing echochain.info or engaging Echo Chain's services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms. If acting on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
Echo Chain provides social media management, AI-assisted content creation, paid advertising, influencer management, email automation, and related marketing services. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in written Statements of Work signed by both parties.
Echo Chain does not guarantee any specific marketing outcome, follower count, engagement rate, revenue increase, or other performance metric. Marketing results depend on platform algorithms, market conditions, client responsiveness, competitive dynamics, and other factors outside our control. Past results shared on our website are illustrative only and not a guarantee of future performance for any client.
Client agrees to: (a) provide timely access to accounts and assets; (b) designate an authorized contact; (c) review and approve content within agreed timelines (failure to respond within 5 business days constitutes deemed approval); (d) ensure all materials provided are accurate and do not infringe third-party rights; (e) comply with all platform terms of service and applicable laws.
Fees are due as specified per SOW. Unless otherwise agreed: invoices are due within 14 days; late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month; Client bears all collection costs. Echo Chain may suspend services immediately upon non-payment.
Content created for Client transfers upon full payment. Until then, Echo Chain retains all IP rights. Our methodologies, templates, and tools remain exclusively ours. Client grants Echo Chain a perpetual license to reference their name and results for portfolio purposes unless objected to in writing within 30 days of project completion.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of non-public business information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
For clients in blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFT, or DeFi sectors: Echo Chain provides marketing services only and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or regulatory advice. Client is solely responsible for compliance with applicable securities laws. Echo Chain is not responsible for token price movements. Echo Chain reserves the right to immediately terminate engagements for projects that appear fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to consumers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) Echo Chain's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim; (b) Echo Chain is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.
Client shall defend and hold harmless Echo Chain and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from: Client's breach of these Terms or law; Client's business, products, or services; materials provided by Client; Client's platform violations; or claims that Client's activities are fraudulent, misleading, or infringing.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Echo Chain may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or legal/reputational risk. Client owes all fees for completed work. No refunds for fees already paid unless specified per SOW.
Disputes are subject to 30-day good-faith negotiation, then binding individual arbitration under AAA rules (no class actions). Governed by Delaware law. Emergency injunctive relief remains available.
SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
